Job Overview One of the Nation’s largest Construction Management Firms & Owners Representatives seeks a Healthcare Project Manager in Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID. The role is a permanent position within a fast‑growing company. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $175,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all project aspects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Plan and designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan. Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress. Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout execution. Measure project performance to identify improvement areas. Implement risk management processes, identify potential risks, and provide contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, with large‑scale projects and team supervision. Solid technical background in construction and project management. Excellent client‑facing, internal communication, and written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software such as Primavera or similar. Organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team management skills. Creative problem‑solving abilities. Experience leading projects through the full life cycle. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
