• Experience working as a paraprofessional, ideally within school settings
• Ability to assist with classroom management and support the lead teacher

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to evolving classroom routines

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to classroom teachers and students
• Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive learning atmosphere
• Assist with organization, classroom preparation, and supervision
• Support students in small groups or 1:1, as assigned by teaching staff
• Monitor student progress and collaborate in team meetings
