We provide a pathway for experienced caregivers to expand their impact beyond direct care. As a Lead Caregiver, you'll work closely with office staff, assist with operations, and help mentor and support other caregivers in the field. During your initial training and onboarding period, you'll receive $20/hour for hours worked plus an additional $150 per week standby stipend for remaining available to cover open shifts and assist with staffing needs. After 1-2 months of successful performance , Lead Caregivers may become eligible for guaranteed weekly hours (20-32 hours per week) in place of the weekly standby stipend. Guaranteed hours are based on performance, reliability, leadership abilities, and overall job proficiency.
