Job Summary:

Seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized critical care for cardiac surgery patients. This role involves managing complex cases in a fast-paced ICU environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and monitor advanced cardiac and post-operative care for patients with heart conditions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatments, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record system.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to patient needs and emergencies, providing high-level critical interventions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS standards.
  
  
• 
  Support patient recovery through education and compassionate care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid and current RN license with at least 2+ years of CVICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate expertise in managing patients with CV surgery, cardiogenic shock, and AAA.
  
  
• 
  Possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Have experience working with Epic electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
