What We're Looking For We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Manager to support our lead remarketing and automated communication programs. Working closely with senior members of the CRM team, this role will help drive first subscription conversion by supporting the execution of lifecycle campaigns, assisting with lead journey mapping, and contributing to a culture of testing and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lifecycle Strategy & Execution Support the CRM Acquisition Lead in executing the remarketing strategy for non-converted leads, helping monitor performance against first subscription targets. Assist in building and maintaining automated journeys, including segmentation set-up, QA, and basic troubleshooting, under guidance. Learn how messaging and lifecycle content align to customer behaviour and journey context, contributing observations to team discussions. Campaign Development, Content & Personalisation Help execute personalised campaigns that communicate the value proposition, working from established messaging frameworks. Support the Content Lead by drafting simple briefs and helping coordinate copy and creative requests. Assist with tailoring messaging for different segments and funnel stages, learning how tone and positioning shift across audiences. Support QA of content and creative to help ensure consistency across touchpoints. Testing, Optimisation & Analytics Participate in setting up simple A/B tests against a pre-defined framework, assist in collecting and organising campaign data, supporting reporting for the wider team. Help document learnings from tests and campaigns, building an understanding of what drives performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support the CRM team in day-to-day coordination with monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics. Build working relationships with the Lifecycle Content Lead and other cross-functional partners. Help ensure cross-channel consistency across lifecycle campaigns, paywall experiences, and in-app messaging. The ideal profile 1+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or related field Some exposure to email/push tools (Reteno, Braze, or similar) Basic understanding of CRM/lifecycle tech stack; comfortable learning new systems Able to assist with data collection and basic reporting Awareness of email deliverability basics, with interest in deepening this knowledge Organised, with growing proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or Slack Strong written communication; developing presentation/storytelling skills Willing to learn segmentation, event logic, and trigger mapping Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-supported environment Hiring Journey Recruiter call --> Hiring Manager Chat --> Competency Interview Check out some of our products Muscle Booster — Yoga-Go — WalkFit - #J-18808-Ljbffr Well Tech Inc
