Position Overview: As a BDC Service Representative, you are driven to ensure all client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. You are friendly and have a passion for communication, organization, and delivering a seamless experience. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow. Responsibilities * Providing introductory information to prospective and existing service clients * Scheduling and confirming service appointments * Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention * Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service inquiries * Determiningthe most effective way to address client needs and concerns * Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow * Tracking appointments and client interactions in CRM systems * Escalating concerns when necessary to ensuretimelyresolution Qualifications * Multitasking and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Patience,compassionand empathy * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record & valid driver's license * Willing tosubmitand pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Join a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
