Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant PRN

Role Overview The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (VSP) provides advanced clinical care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and advising on health promotion and maintenance. They exercise independent judgment on complex issues, working with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diverse health issues, including acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and examine patients to determine appropriate care. Collaborate with care teams to support patient health and wellness. Utilize independent judgment to make decisions on complex clinical issues. Qualifications & Skills At least 1-year primary care experience. Master's Degree in Nursing or PA program with board certification. Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia. Basic proficiency in EMR and email systems. Preferred: experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, familiarity with HEDIS/Medicare guidelines, DEA license, and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers. Additional Details: The role involves working at coverage locations in Morrow, GA, with a minimum of 8 weekdays per month. The position offers a team-based care model focused on personalized, meaningful patient interactions in a supportive environment. Compensation ranges from $149,800 to $206,100 annually, along with benefits supporting well-being.
