Data Analyst (Sourcing)

Working remotely, the full-time Data Analyst (Sourcing) will build and maintain executive-ready dashboards, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to enhance customer retention and increase ARPU across the consumer organization. Key responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to monitor key performance metrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention, churn, and ARPU Conduct churn and retention analytics, including cohort and funnel analysis, to identify drivers and prioritize initiatives Synthesize analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership, focusing on ongoing readouts related to churn and ARPU performance Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in consumer subscription or retention analytics Advanced SQL skills with experience in handling large, complex datasets Strong proficiency in Tableau for building scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting
