REQUIRED SKILLS
- Need someone for Legacy support on SoftLab
- Maintenance mode there isn't a lot of service request for that. Soft experience for break/fix types of scenarios-not a lot of new service requests unless regulatory
- DI instrument manager (data innovations manager) and testing and validating of that. DI manager is a middleware solution integrating with lab systems/EHR-
- 1 of our FTs has resigned and will be done on March 6th, this will be a backfill of this
- Contract to hire if they want to become a full time. 6 month contract for this person, needs soft lab knowledge
- Doesn't want someone senior with 15-20 years of experience- how to keep things running and understanding the ins and out
- Example of issues: instruments not connecting and how to work through the process
- Maintain support of 5-6 tickets/requests a day
- Data Innovations Manager certification is a plus-I'm finding that the certification is normally called Instrument Manager Training Certifications
- Epic Certification in Beaker is a plus
