Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary:Seeking an experienced Epic IT Contractor with strong Healthy Planet and Compass Rose expertise.Responsibilities:Independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives.Create and maintain registries.Design, build, and optimize SDOH workflows.Support Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion.Perform daily maintenance activities, including service requests and minor optimizations.Analyze and diagnose complex system issues.Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate.Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications.Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions.Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows.Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support.Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation.Support system upgrades, enhancements, and monthly updates.Serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality and workflows.Lead and support complex application projects as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Epic Healthy Planet Certification.Epic Compass Rose Certification.Previous experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet workflows and applications.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills:Experience serving as a project lead for complex IT initiatives.Strong background in workflow design and optimization.Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Experience partnering with vendors to resolve system issues and improve performance.Prior mentoring or leadership experience within an Epic applications team.Experience supporting reporting, data validation, and analytics needs.Knowledge of healthcare application integration and system maintenance.
