Position: Linecooks As a linecook at Cinzetti's Italian Market, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations by meticulously preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and flair. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Precisely following recipes and culinary guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Elevate the presentation and taste of each dish to meet our high standards.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow kitchen team members to meet service demands.
• Adhering diligently to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Position: Dishwashers Dishwashers at Cinzetti's Italian Market are key contributors to the smooth functioning of our culinary operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting in basic food preparation tasks, such as vegetable washing and ingredient assembly.
• Sustaining cleanliness and orderliness within the dishwashing area.
• Providing timely support to the kitchen team during peak business hours.
• Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Compensation and Requirements:

Starting pay rate for both linecooks and dishwashers is $17/hour. Both linecooks and dishwashers are required to wear black slip-resistant shoes to ensure a secure work environment. Linecooks are expected to wear black chef pants and a plain white shirt as part of their uniform. Successful candidates for both positions should possess meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a strong teamwork orientation.
