The Vail School District (DO) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer to assist with various tasks and activities. The Volunteer will work closely with staff and other volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the center and a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide information about the center and its programs
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Help with set up and clean up of events and activities
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Passion for community service and leadership development Note: This is a volunteer position and no compensation will be provided.
