Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Interlink Talent Solutions Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 2–6 years of substantial experience in corporate transactions, particularly in Capital Markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex U.S. and cross-border securities offerings — including IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements — for a diverse roster of clients. Responsibilities: Manage and execute U.S. and cross-border securities offerings (IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements) for diverse clients. Lead due diligence teams, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness. Advise clients on corporate governance matters and securities compliance. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver seamless client service. Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates. Contribute to the development of client relationships through professional and responsive communication. Qualifications: 2–6 years of significant corporate transaction experience, with a focus on Capital Markets. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and team members.
