We are hiring a skilled Mig/Tig welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a job shop environment. Work will vary week to week, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mig welding on 14–18 gauge material
• Conduct Tig welding on mild steel and stainless steel
• Complete welds in flat and horizontal positions
• Load and unload robotic welding equipment
• Perform grinding and finishing work as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with additional shop tasks as needed in a job shop environment

Qualifications

• Experience with Mig welding
• Experience with Tig welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with grinding and finishing
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Welding degree or certification is a plus
