Core Responsibilities

• Quality Systems: Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) like ISO 9001.
• Team Leadership: Supervise Quality Engineers, technicians, and inspectors to ensure inspection coverage and training.
• Defect Resolution: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Compliance: Host external regulatory and customer audits.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years in quality control or assurance, often with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and regulatory standards.

Physical & work environment

• Active manufacturing environment with regular movement throughout the facility
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Additional hours may be required based on production or quality issues
