Opportunity Summary

Join a fast-paced, FDA-regulated manufacturing and distribution operation where accuracy and safety matter every day. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production, quality, and R&D teams supplied with the materials they need to keep operations running smoothly. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a clear path toward a long-term role for candidates who perform well.
Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and transport materials for production work orders while accurately recording all issued and returned materials in the computerized inventory system
• Store and segregate quarantined, released, and non-conforming materials in their proper designated locations
• Handle and store hazardous materials in compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
• Perform weekly cycle counts and help reconcile discrepancies under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and motorized lifts, safely and as designed

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma preferred, along with two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment using material handling equipment
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory control (ERP) systems, plus strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate equipment such as pallet racks, hand trucks, and motorized lifts

Preferred:

• Previous experience in an FDA-regulated environment
• Familiarity with BOM, JIT, and FIFO concepts
• Intermediate computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet applications
