This is a mid-level role for someone with 1-3 years of experience who can not only extract insights, but also partner cross-functionally to influence strategic decisions and identify areas for the team to increase impact. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr. Fort Mill, SC 29707What You'll DoConduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and a compelling story, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team membersCollaborate with Finance and Talent leadership to inform the organization about workforce planning and budgetary insightsBuild analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data.Build reporting solutions – telling the right people the right information at the right timeWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.Strong analytical skills with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations.Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadershipStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to streamline and automate processesExperience with visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports.Experience with employee engagement tools (e.g., Qualtrics, CultureAmp)Fluency coding in one analytical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) and SQL is requiredKnowledge or experience with people analytics is preferredTeam-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
