Key Responsibilities Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems. Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods. Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment. Operate modern material handling equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience. Forklift/powered industrial truck experience. Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Team player mentality. Work Environment & Physical Demands This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs . PPE provided.
