Registered Nurse, Home Health

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Home Health (Day Shift) in Marble Falls, Texas.

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift: Monday through Friday, Day Shift, 5 × 8-hour shifts.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide essential home health services within a coverage area including Fort Worth, Keller, Haslet, Watauga, NRH, Saginaw, River Oaks, and Haltom City. The ideal candidate will have experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and will be responsible for various care management tasks including start of cares, resumption of cares, recerts, discharges, and routine visits, meeting the required point threshold for each activity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct start of cares, resumption of cares, recertifications, discharges, and routine patient visits.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care standards.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required.
• Assist in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.

Required Experience:

• Recent home health experience is required.
• Minimum of 30 points in required activities, including specific point allocations for each task.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred, or the candidate may be considered at a reduced rate for training.
