Role

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all owners. The Residential Housekeeping Supervisor will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure all team members adhere to established policies and procedures.

This position has an hourly rate of $37.00

Responsibilities

• Hold Housekeeping staff accountable for service inconsistencies and coordinate with third-party company to properly address.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring residences, rental units, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.

• Assign and monitor daily tasks, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Inspect residences and rental units to ensure they are fully prepared, clean, and presented to Aman standards prior to resident and guest arrivals.

• Oversee post-departure inspections of rental units, ensuring cleanliness, condition, and readiness for the next arrival.

• Lead, train, and support housekeeping colleagues while maintaining consistent service and cleanliness standards.

• Work with the Residential Coordinator and engineering to efficiently address resident and guest requests, maintenance concerns, and operational needs.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory to support daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.

• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with residents, guests, colleagues, and other departments.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest services.
• A year of supervisory experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate commitment to guest service.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Requires walking 90 - 95 % of workday.
• Ability to walk, talk, see, hear, climb, sit, lift, reach, bend, stoop, crouch, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights, pull and/or push up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting of up to 15 lbs.
