Shift Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and address issues to meet McDonald's standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for an outstanding shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. 18 years or older, required for management positions in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
