AI Business Automation Specialist

Role Description

As our AI Business Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments. You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams to eliminate repetitive work and create scalable operational systems. This role requires equal strengths in technical thinking, business analysis, communication, documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations.
• Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Location: Fully Remote
• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your automation expertise, AI capability, technical proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.
• Performance Incentives: In addition to your monthly retainer, you'll be eligible for monthly performance incentives of up to USD $500, based on measurable contribution, including:
