Overview Registered Nurse – CVICU travel assignment in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Start date: 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Shifts rotate on 12‑hour blocks (3x12). Weekly pay range: $2,249 to $2,410. Hours: 60 per two weeks. Setting: hospital environment. Assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,249–$2,410 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Hours: 60 hours per two weeks Shift: Rotating 12‑hour shifts (3x12) Start date: 07/20/2026 Setting: CVICU in a hospital environment Responsibilities Provide holistic nursing care to CVICU patients, including initial assessment, plan of care development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation. Monitor critically ill cardiac patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to hemodynamic changes and complications of care. Care for post‑open‑heart surgery patients, support recovery goals, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other disciplines; delegate appropriate tasks and ensure safe care delivery. Administer medications and therapies as ordered; monitor for adverse effects and maintain sterile technique and infection control. Document care in the electronic health record (Epic) and participate in patient/family education and discharge planning. Requirements Active Minnesota RN license. BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or ARC) required. At least 1 year of RN experience; experience with open‑heart surgery patients required. Interpretation of cardiac rhythms required. Epic experience required. Experience with adult and geriatric populations required. Impella and balloon pump experience preferred. Skills checklist current to within 1 year. Two supervisory references with dates of employment listed. Ability to work in the CVICU environment on a travel assignment. If not eligible to work in the USA, this must be noted on the profile.
