Job Responsibilities Primarily office‑based with occasional field work Projects include land development, site development, and public works Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus Create digital terrain models from field survey data Review and check work for quality control Conduct deed research Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Specialized vocational training is a plus. 2 + years of land survey experience - construction staking is preferred Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D is required Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisor, and others Willingness and ability to be based in an office and do occasional field work.
