Program Analyst and Scheduler The Opportunity: Support the Army by providing advanced program analysis, integrated master scheduling, and mission‑aligned planning support across a complex portfolio of initiatives. You will join a collaborative team that partners closely with leadership, program managers, and technical staff to ensure timelines, dependencies, risk factors, and resource needs are accurately captured, communicated, and executed. In this role, you will help maintain critical visibility into program performance, enable informed decision‑making, and ensure senior leaders have a clear and reliable picture of progress toward key objectives. You Have 5+ years of experience developing, updating, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) 5+ years of experience analyzing program performance, risks, dependencies, and milestones 5+ years of experience supporting the DoW Experience briefing schedules, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders Experience leading working groups, data reviews, and milestone preparedness activities Ability to support development of program documentation, dashboards, briefings, and decision‑support materials Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear program updates Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with the Army National Guard Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera Experience supporting program governance, strategic planning, or portfolio management Knowledge of DoW acquisition processes, resourcing cycles, and milestone reviews Possession of strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to coordinate across distributed teams and fast‑moving task areas Master’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
