Operations Maestro: Orchestrate flawless service by managing cash handling, ensuring top‑notch service quality, and turning the occasional guest hiccup into a rave review. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful. At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. Strong communication, decision‑making, and initiative. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure. Effective problem‑solving and financial skills.
