Foster Care Worker

Position Overview We are looking for a full‑time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team at TFI Family Services. A bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification; if such supervision is not available, a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required. Day in the Life As a Foster Care Worker, you will support children and families, ensuring that children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Your responsibilities include teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You’ll collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both families and the children in their care.
