ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support students in a school-based setting in Oldsmar, FL. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, regular supervision from experienced BCBAs, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with elementary-aged students in the classroom environment.

This role includes ongoing clinical support and mentorship to ensure both student success and continued professional growth.

Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students during the school day
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements

School Setting

This position is based within a partnered school in Oldsmar, FL, supporting students throughout the school day. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and your supervising BCBA to help students achieve meaningful behavioral, social, and academic success.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services
