We're representing a high-yield business banking platform designed to empower businesses to maximize their financial potential. With a small team, your contributions will significantly shape the company's trajectory as it builds the future of business banking.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting business banking customers and decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from a high-yield banking platform.
- Build and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes as an early sales hire.
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape the go-to-market strategy.
- Develop expertise in the product and the competitive landscape to communicate value effectively.
- Provide field feedback to inform product development and positioning.
- Establish and track key sales metrics to measure progress and optimize performance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 25 years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with limited structure and a high degree of ownership.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly with business owners and finance leaders.
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to build pipeline from scratch.
Preferred
- Experience selling financial products or services to business customers.
- Familiarity with the business banking or treasury management space.
- Prior experience at a startup or as an early sales hire building a function from the ground up.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually. You will have the opportunity to be a foundational member of a high-growth fintech company and work closely with the founders, providing meaningful input into the company's direction.
