Client Service Representative — Hickory Pet Inn
Plymouth Meeting, PA | Full-Time
Schedule & Pay
- Four 10 hour days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (subject to change)
- Starting at $16/hr

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
- Provide clear, compassionate communication
- Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
- Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
