Medical Director/Attending Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Temperance, Michigan. This part-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Current Facility Opportunities: Bad Axe, East Jordan, Grayling, Holland, Houghton Lake, Manistique, Mount Pleasant, Ovid and St. Joseph, Michigan.

Additional Facility Opportunities Nationwide: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically cover each facility 12 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times
• No call responsibilities
• No overnight shifts
• 18 25 visits per day
• Flexible schedule that promotes an excellent work-life balance

Requirements:

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
