Columbus, United States | Posted on 09/10/2026 Job Summary: Regional Account Managers(RAMs) at Zink Foodservice are specialized experts focused on Healthcare(Hospitals, Long-term care facilities) and Education accounts (K-12 schooldistricts, colleges and universities). RAMs play a crucial role as primaryrelationship managers, working directly with end-users and managing day-to-dayactivities with broadliner accounts to proactively address and support theirfoodservice objectives. Requirements Establishand maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at tophospitals, universities, and school districts within the assigned region. Serveas the first point of contact for clients launching new concepts, initiatingmenu changes, replacing or upgrading equipment, designing or building newfacilities, or addressing operational challenges. Possessdeep, specialized knowledge of Dinex, Metro, and Convotherm products. Maintaingeneral, broad-based knowledge of all other products represented by ZinkFoodservice. Activelyidentify opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal equipment,smallwares, and hospitality specialists to secure sales through establisheddistribution channels. Engageproactively, facilitating introductions between specialists and end-users toenhance value and drive specification of products. Conductand manage product demonstrations specifically within healthcare and educationmarket segments. Serveas a knowledgeable consultant for clients, providing insights, training, andguidance tailored to their operational needs.
