Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory while maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional pharmacy environment. Responsibilities Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels. Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. Assisting in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well‑organized manner. Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately. Monitoring and pulling short‑dated or expired product from active inventory. Filing inventory and SOX documentation. Assisting with other duties as assigned by Leadership. This position could be physically demanding. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk, and be physically active for multiple hours of the day. Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay Range: $20.35 - $22.02 per hour. Pay Range: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. Schedule: 11:00am – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday. Required Qualifications 1+ year of professional experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Active MA pharmacy technician license (Registered Tech or Tech Trainee). Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.
