Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level III/IV NICU setting, caring for infants as early as 23–24 weeks gestation
• Operate and monitor advanced respiratory support equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional Vents
• Administer blood and blood products; manage PICC/Central Lines and syringe pumps
• Perform or assist with Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Cooling/Warming Blanket therapy, and Feeding Tube placement
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases as needed
• Be open to occasional floating to sister campuses or adjacent units, where care would be limited to newborns/infants only

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience required
• Willingness to float to nearby sister facilities as needed; refusal to float may impact assignment status
• Must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity Level III or Level IV NICU environment
• Familiarity with neonatal surgical support and high-risk delivery attendance
• Experience with block scheduling and consecutive shift patterns
• Comfort working across multiple campuses or care settings within a health system
