Tax Senior Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Full-Time | Mostly On-Site We're seeking aTax Senior who is ready to step into a leadership role, mentor others, and make a real impact. This position offers a clear path for advancement to Manager, with support and resources to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning and strategic consulting to clients across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with leadership on high-impact engagements
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Support business development through networking and proposals
- Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred (or active CPA candidate)
- 2-5 years of recent public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative, client-first mindse
