About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Property Management to oversee the operations, profitability, and resident relations of an assigned regional portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership, ensuring alignment with core values and strategic objectives, and building a high-performing team of Regional Directors. This role involves close partnership with the EVP on budgeting, asset performance, and business development, as well as mentoring and developing the regional team to drive top-of-market performance. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in the hiring and training of staff, managing employee conflicts, and supporting the company's mission of enhancing communities and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a preference for a minimum of 10 years' multifamily property management experience, including oversight of a multi-site portfolio. The role requires exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as strong computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strategic planning, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with owners, clients, and cross-functional teams are essential. The candidate must be able to remain composed under pressure, pass a criminal background screening, and possess a valid driver's license with up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation.
