Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care | Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date 08/11/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $731–$735 per week with guaranteed hours. Shift pattern is 3x12-hour day shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care setting (LTC - Nursing Home).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN, including monitoring and reporting patient status.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
- Assess residents, document findings, and update care plans as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident independence.
- Monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of care.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3x12 schedule and meet 36 hours per week
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, patient-centered LTC environment in Albuquerque, NM
