Family Case Planner - SBC & Trauma-Informed Counseling

Good Shepherd Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Case Planner to provide home-based and on-site counseling to a designated caseload of eight families, employing strength-based, trauma-informed practices. You will engage families upon referral, coordinate with ACS and other partners, implement SBC processes, and document outcomes to support child welfare goals.
