Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of PLC logic and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks
• Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical) a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Experience with robotic systems maintenance
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
