Datavant is seeking experienced inpatient coders to join a fully remote team. You will assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, accurately abstract from patient records, and maintain high-quality documentation. You will oversee Level 1 & 2 Coders as needed, drive documentation improvements, and ensure a 95% coding accuracy rate with strong collaboration across hospital staff.
