This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse or Radiology / Interventional Radiology Technologist with strong cardiac cath experience who enjoys leadership, coordination, and a fast-paced procedural environment./ppstrongWhat Youll Do/strong/pulliScrub and circulate for all types of cardiac catheterization procedures/liliProvide direct patient care and support throughout procedures/liliStaff the cath lab and manage daily case schedules and patient flow/liliCoordinate department traffic control to ensure efficient throughput/liliOversee inventory management and supply readiness/liliPrecept and support onboarding of new staff/liliCollaborate with physicians, departments, and leadership to maintain smooth daily operations/liliServe as a clinical and operational resource for the team/li/ulpstrongSchedule Call/strong/pullistrong4 ten-hour shifts (410s), MondayFriday/strong/lilistrongHours:/strong 6:45 a.m. 5:15 p.m./lilistrongSelf-scheduling model/strong/lilistrongNo regularly scheduled nights or weekends/strong/lilistrongOn-call:/strong ~9 call shifts per month (subject to department needs)/li/ulpstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors Degree is required./liliRequires 3-5 years of cardiac/cath lab experience./liliRN or Radiology/Interventional Radiology Technologist/liliBasic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required./liliRequires advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification./liliRecommended Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Certification or equivalent./liliOther advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies./li/ul/div
