TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Salt Lake City, Utah, 84124!

Travel RN – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a main Emergency Department and/or Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) setting with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with advanced procedures including intubation, chest tubes, and central lines
• Collaborate within a team nursing model alongside paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic electronic health records system
• Fulfill scheduling requirements including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
• Float between the main ED and FSED units as needed per floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License — must be in hand at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC or ENPC certification required
• CPI certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or multi-unit emergency department environment
• Familiarity with FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) operations
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on patient courtesy and attentive listening
