Sr Business Strategist, TFB Revenue Analytics

Location & Travel Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office. Must be located in Bellevue, WA. Travel required: Yes. Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager of TFB Revenue Analytics, the Senior Business Strategist identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth across the T-Mobile for Business base. The role leads complex, driver-based analysis across TFB products and segments, supports weekly variance reporting against the TFB revenue forecast, and develops insights and business cases for new revenue growth opportunities. It works cross-functionally with acquisition, retention, product, and marketing/sales operations partners to size initiatives and share actionable insights with senior leaders. The strategist communicates with senior executives and business team counterparts, providing clear explanations of how revenue profiles of various products and segments perform relative to commitments. Job Responsibilities Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities. Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences. Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives. Coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required). Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required). 7–10 years management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (Required). Less than 2 years prior experience in B2B, product strategy, and/or telecom (Preferred). 4–7 years strategy and problem-solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data-driven recommendations (Required). 4–7 years financial modeling and analytics experience (Required). Less than 2 years project management experience (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strategic, proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach (Required). Business acumen with knowledge of business models, pricing strategies, and channel management; analytical and data-driven; comfortable triangulating data to estimate market sizes and build financial models (Required). Financial analysis ability to build financial models and develop qualitative analysis, perform sensitivity analysis, and understand implications of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements (Required). Communication skill to synthesize analysis into succinct executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications, articulate rationale, and present in front of senior leaders (Required). Problem-solving and critical thinking; intellectually curious, research-oriented, self-motivated, and with a "can-do" attitude (Required). High-performance team orientation, adept at working with others to overcome obstacles and gain alignment to achieve results (Required). Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Base pay range: $129,700 - $234,000. Corporate bonus target: 20%. Annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus is available to most corporate employees based on company and/or individual performance; the actual starting pay will vary within the specified range.
