Ability to work well with subcontractors as a team. Highly organized with the ability to think ahead. Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills. Respectful of the client and their home. Must be punctual, reliable and hardworking. Must own proper tools: hand tools, levels, basic power tools.
