Description

You'll own a project from a tape measure on a job site to a finished install with your name on it. Not a cubicle running someone else's spec sheet.

Full-time role on our shop floor in Lindstrom, MN. Hands-on from day one.

What You'll Actually Do

• Visit job sites to take field and final/verification measurements
• Draw custom cabinetry in KCD (or comparable CAD software)
• Carry each job start to finish: measurement, design, communication, install
• Be the point of contact the crew and client come to when something needs an answer
• Speak up when something on the shop floor or a job isn't working, and help fix it

What You Need to Bring

• Experience drafting cabinetry in KCD or comparable software
• Measurements and drawings that are right the first time
• Comfortable talking straight with clients, crew, and ownership
• Can juggle a few jobs at once without dropping the details
• No degree required. We'll train the right person who wants to learn

Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, overtime available
• Pay: $25–$40/hr, based on experience
• Benefits: 401(k), paid holidays
• Start date: As soon as possible for the right candidate
