Doing business as NAPA AutoParts, TCD serves thousands of customers through an independent network across South and Central Texas. About The Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right parts when they need them. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing inventory for delivery while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. Working closely with store and delivery teams, you help support exceptional customer service by ensuring products move accurately and efficiently throughout our distribution network. This position reports directly to the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities: Unpacks incoming merchandise shipments from suppliers or returned bycustomers. Pulls all orders for standard customer stock orders, special orders,and the demands of the main counter. Ensures proper end processing of customer orders and ensures accuratepackaging of products. Plan, organize, and load trucks from skids to trucks for delivery tocustomer. Cleans up and disposes boxes, packing material, and pallets, as wellas general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areas. Ensure overall cleanliness of the front counter, sales floor, and backareas. Follows and adheres to all safety procedures including the handling ofhazardous materials. Protect self,co-workers, and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Demonstratea positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct andappearance at all times. Understand and comply with all Company policies. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Atleast 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, orsimilar inventory-focused environment. Experiencewith inventory management, stocking, or cataloging systems preferred. Familiaritywith automotive parts and products is a plus but not required. A highschool diploma or equivalent. Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail. Theability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Apositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellentcustomer service. Essential Physical Requirements Scan,handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequentlylifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting ormoving merchandise up to 60 pounds.
