Job Summary:
A growing, client-focused law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to support its expanding personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, courtroom exposure, and the ability to develop a well-rounded legal skillset in a collaborative environment.

The firm represents individuals in personal injury, workers' compensation, and related matters, and is committed to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a strong, team-oriented culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance
Assist in case strategy, investigation, and evidence development
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex matters
Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Connecticut bar license
3+ years of litigation experience preferred (personal injury or workers' compensation a plus)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Courtroom experience or strong desire to gain litigation exposure
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
