We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $57,000-$100,000/year. Expect to work evenings and weekends when the shop is at its busiest, with flexibility to support your team when they need it most.As our Assistant Shop Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the shop-motivating your team, mentoring stylists, and ensuring every client leaves feeling their best. You'll work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards in cuts, colors, and shaves, while also managing inventory, recruiting talent, and handling month-end tasks.
