Quick Facts Location: Cottonwood, AZ (269 South Candy Lane) Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; possible weekends with rotation Shift: 10-hour days, 5 days/week Hours/Week: 50 Employment Type: Contract (ongoing) Licenses/Certifications: AZ License (time to license), Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology, ACLS, BLS Experience: Minimum of 2 years in interventional cardiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $429.78 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide in-hospital interventional cardiology coverage, including STEMI and cardiology consults Support the Cardiovascular Institute with services like TEES (1-2 per day), hospital consults (8-14 per day), and outpatient clinics (18-24 patients/day) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care Support staff include MAs, PCTs, nurses, and PAs Utilize Cerner EMR system to document and manage patient data Support emergent and scheduled procedures, including TEEs and catheterizations What You Need Required: AZ Medical License (or ability to obtain) Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience in interventional cardiology Preferred: Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients Experience working in a hospital/cardio institute setting About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Cottonwood, Arizona, supporting the Cardiovascular Institute in providing advanced cardiac care.
