OnBase Developer

Responsibilities Design and develop OnBase solutions that align with business requirements, promote automation, and deliver maximum value and efficiency. Develop and maintain OnBase Unity scripts and APIs to enhance functionality, integrate with other systems, and automate processes. Customize and configure OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutions. Communicate progress, system performance, and potential issues to stakeholders. Conduct thorough testing of OnBase solutions, identify, and resolve issues, ensuring robust performance. Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, customizations, and workflows. Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation. Collaborate with internal teams to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and security. Deliver major business projects on time and with quality. Qualifications High School or GED equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an OnBase Administrator or similar role. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with OnBase Unity Scripts. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in .NET scripting languages (preferably C#) and SQL. OnBase Certified System Administrator and Certified Hyland Developer Specialist. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator. Experience with other ECM (Enterprise Content Management) systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques such as Web Services, Webhooks, and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of OnBase architecture and modules. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
